Catherine O’Doherty

Catherine is responsible for meeting with clients, developing relationships and helping to identify their business’ needs.

She has worked in the hospitality and catering industry for numerous years and has managed various food establishments within the city. She brings a wealth of knowledge and support to the Foodovation team and to clients who are on their food journey.

Catherine also helps support all aspects of food production such as HACCP principles, good hygiene, knowledge and practice whilst helping to bring client product ideas to market.

She recently graduated with a National Diploma in Combined Studies at NWRC and is also certified in food hygiene and safety as well as food allergen awareness.
