Laurence Arbuckle
Laurence has worked with the North-West Regional College since November 2020 being based firstly in the Administration department, before moving on to the Business Support Centre in April 2021 where he works on the Skills Focus and Skills Interventions programmes.
He holds an MSc in Renewable Energy from the University of Ulster and an MSc in Computing and is qualified in HR management & Health & Safety.
Laurence has over 30 years’ experience of project management and administration in the public, community and social economy sectors and has worked for 18 years in the green economy on sustainable energy and recycling projects. He also worked previously for ten years in training, particularly ICT, aimed at the long term unemployed and those seeking to retrain or return to the workplace.
Laurence is a keen environmentalist and is currently the Chairperson of the Foyle & Carlingford Loughs Agency.
