Maria Moore
Maria is an Administrative Officer for the North West Regional College’s Business Support Centre. Her current role involves supporting the Business Development Executive by engaging with small to medium sized businesses to provide skills development solutions to meet the specific needs of the business.
She works on the Skills Focus programme which aims to support and encourage collaboration between NWRC and businesses across Northern Ireland. This programme aims to increase the skills level, motivation, and productivity within the existing workforce by offering accredited courses that are industry recognised.
Maria has over six years of experience working in management and administration in both the public and private sector. Her role incorporated planning, organising, resourcing, and controlling of a business which was fundamental to accomplish goals and to maintain effective and efficient day to day operations.
During this time, Maria has also gained valuable experience in public relations and sales, which has been a great benefit to her to succeed within her role in the Business Support Centre.
