Clare is a Business Development Executive for the North West Regional College’s Business Support Centre. Her current role involves supporting the Business Skills Manager by engaging small to medium sized enterprises to provide skills development solutions tailored to business needs. Clare works on the Skills Interventions programme introduced to support individuals affected by Covid-19, in addition to supporting the Skills Focus programme, Assured Skills Academies and all other business development associated initiatives.
She has also been the Business Development Assistant and Skills Development Officer for the North West Regional College, where in addition to supporting skills programmes, she also engaged with new and existing businesses to promote the Apprenticeship NI and Higher Level Apprenticeship programmes offer by the Department for the Economy (DfE).
Clare has over 11 years of experience working within training and employment on various DfE programmes to include Training for Success, Apprenticeship NI, Higher Level Apprenticeships and Steps 2 Success. She gained her BSc (Hons) Business Administration at the University of Ulster.
