Linda McClean
Linda helps food and drink businesses bring new product ideas to market. She’s a passionate foodie with a love for flavours and people; helping SMEs at the Foodovation centre with everything from label design to product upscale & packaging choice. She has a BSc in Food Science from Queen’s University Belfast and an MSc in International Food Marketing and Business Management from the University of Aberdeen.
Linda previously worked for flavour and ingredient companies in Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands and the UK as a beverage technologist, developing new products for major brands and retailers. Since returning to Ireland, she’s started her own confectionery company and now works at the NWRC Foodovation as a technical consultant on food as well as beverage projects.
