FinTrU
Company background:
FinTrU is a multi-award-winning technologically enabled Regulatory Solutions company, specialising in the areas of KYC, Compliance, Legal, Risk & Controls and Operations. Working with Investment Banks around the globe, we design technology-enabled solutions to help our clients meet their regulatory obligations. We consider ourselves to have a fundamental social purpose to create high-quality professional employment and we care deeply about our culture and values of Partnership, Passion, People and Professionalism.
Challenge:
In order to empower our people to create industry-disrupting solutions, we require an industry-leading academy programme. Part of this programme is a multi-week pre-employment training academy which allows our newest members of staff to learn about our clients, the environment we work in, and gain the skills needed to work on the global stage with FinTrU.
Solution:
We partner with NWRC to help design, implement, and deliver industry-leading training to give our people the skills they need to join a fast-moving financial services company. Additionally, this training puts the building blocks in place for further career development in an ever-growing sector.
Impact:
It is clearly evident when a new member of staff has gone through training with NWRC. The trainers, the material, and the ability of NWRC to really understand the skills that we require as an organisation has been invaluable as we continue to grow as a global business. The training delivered by NWRC has allowed us to continue to recruit high-quality staff throughout the pandemic which has been incredible, despite the challenging times that everyone is facing.
John Maguire, Senior Associate & Talent Partner at FinTrU described the benefits of working with NWRC Business Support Centre via the Assured Skills Academy:
”Our partnership with NWRC has been hugely successful. As a business, we really value all of the hard work and all of the times that NWRC has gone the extra mile to deliver incredibly effective pre-employment training programmes which allow us to continue to recruit the best local talent.”
